With over 20 years of experience as a Headteacher in both the independent and state sectors, Ed has built a reputation as an inspiring and effective leader in education. Before entering the teaching profession, he was a producer in the film business.
Ed is widely recognised for his strong verbal communication skills, which allow him to connect with adults and young people alike. His leadership style is rooted in positivity, motivation and empathy, creating environments where everyone feels valued and empowered to achieve their best.
